1. Shipping Place
All orders are shipped from Guangdong, China.
2. Shipment Handling Time
All orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders can’t be shipped on Saturdays & Sundays or public holidays. Items that are on back orders will be shipped out as soon as they become available.
3. Standard Shipping, Rates & Delivery Estimates
All orders are usually shipped via DHL eCommerce or SF Express E-Parcel as standard shipping method (carrier will be determined by best transit time), shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Following are the rates and estimated transit time for drum and toner chips. Rates are shown in US dollar.
4. Express Shipping, Rates & Delivery Estimates
Customers can only choose standard shipping method through our online shopping system due to current website structure. However, If customers do need DHL/Fedex/UPS/TNT express service which needs only 3-5 business days transit time, please email us at email@example.com. Express shipping cost is much higher than standard shipping, we will make quotation for express shipping cost. If the express shipping cost is accepted, we will send customer express shipment instruction. The shipping cost difference between express and standard is the buyer's responsibility.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Customer will receive a shipment confirmation email after an order is placed and another email containing tracking number on the second day after the order is shipped. And the tracking number can be tracked once it is informed.
6. Signature Requirement
DHL eCommerce and SF Express E-Parcel orders do not require signature upon delivery, while DHL/Fedex/UPS/TNT express require. Please be noted that an individual must be present to sign to receive an express order.
7. Taxes and Duties
Our item prices and shipping costs exclude import duties, taxes and charges. Before deciding to place an order, please check with your country’s customs office for more details about these possible additional costs. We are not responsible for customs delays or customs charges and fees. Duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility (including but not limited to VAT, tariffs, taxes). We do not provide estimates of any duty, VAT, tax, or clearance charge that may be applicable as these are specific to each destination country. Buyer is solely responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of the destination country.
8. Free Shipping
To any destination, a single order totaling over $49.99, the shipping is free by our standard shipping - DHL eCommerce or SF Express E-Parcel. Free shipping policy is not applicable for express shipping.
9. Shipping Promotions
XwkTech offers shipping promotions occasionally. At that time, customers receive free shipping if the order amount is over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically. Sign up to XwkTech to keep updated with the latest shipping promotions.
10. Shipping Restrictions
(a) Orders can’t be shipped to P.O. boxes addresses.
(b) Orders can’t be shipped on China public holidays.
(c) Certain restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations.
(d) Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses.
(e) There is a 2 kilograms weight limit for standard shipping. Order weighs more than 2 kilograms will be separated to several shipments.

We accept PayPal Express Checkout and credit card processed by Stripe. We don’t accept cash on delivery.
