Q: How can I find chips for my printer quickly and correctly on your store?
A: We supply more than 8000 kinds of toner & drum chips. In order to find the right product quickly, please follow our instructions: (1) Make sure you are very clear about your cartridge number and printer model. (2) Search your cartridge number on our store. (3) If you can not find the cartridge number, you need to search printer model. (4) If you can not find the model either, we encourage you to send us email at service@xwktech.com immediately. We are always pleased to help you to choose the right product. Please remember, to avoid any mistakes, your cartridge number must be exactly the same as our product. For some old printer models, they may go without cartridge number, you should place order based on printer or copier models. If you are still not sure about the chip models you need, you should consult us.
Q: What does the abbreviations “EU, US, WW” stand for in the product descriptions?
A: The abbreviations are technical terms indicating where the chips can be used. Below is the explanation.
We usually ship chips with region version corresponding to the shipping address as default if customer did not announce different region version in advance.
Q: Why the appearance and color of the chip I received is different from the displayed image?
A: The images are for reference only. Please be noted the chips upgrade constantly, the appearance and color might be different from different production batches. We promise all of our chips are the same function and performance.
Q: Why is a sold-out item still displayed on the online shop?
A: In order for our customers who have already purchased a product from us to be able to inform themselves about it later or download the data sheet, the product information pages of sold-out articles will not be removed directly from our pages.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? Can I pay my order by cash on delivery?
A: We supply secure payment through PayPal Express Checkout and credit card processed by Stripe. You can make payment via your PayPal account or credit card processed by Stripe. Cash on delivery payment is not available currently.
Q: Does XwkTech charge sales tax?
A: No. Our item price and shipping costs exclude import duties, taxes and charges. Duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Before you decide to place an order, please check with your country’s customs office for more details about these possible additional costs. We are not responsible for customs delays or customs charges and fees.

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We supply fast and secure worldwide shipping to more than 230 countries and regions. Wherever you are, once you place an order, we can ship to your destination.
Q: How are shipping costs determined?
A: For all orders, shipping costs will be quoted based on our actual shipping costs to your destination. Our cooperation with DHL eCommerce and SF Express E-Parcel keeps the shipping cost as low as possible. The shipping cost starts from $2.99 depending on each destination, exact cost is calculated and displayed in the checkout page, and also referable on our Shipping Policy.
Q: What orders are available for free shipping?
A: To any destination, a single order totaling over $49.99, the shipping is free by our standard shipping - DHL eCommerce or SF Express E-Parcel.
Q: How long is the regular delivery time of an order?
A: We usually ship orders within 1-3 working days once we receive your cleared payment. We will inform you immediately if there is any shipping delay when some models are out of stock.
Q: Where do you ship from? How can I track it?
A: We usually ship our packages from Guangdong, China via DHL eCommerce or SF Express E-Parcel. Package tracking is available on DHL eCommerce and SF Express E-Parcel tracking website from the second day we ship till delivered to your address.
Q: How long will it take to receive my parcel?
A: It usually takes 5-10 working days to arrive. Transit time is different from countries to countries. Please refer to here for more details. Please be noted postal service, public holidays, force majeure, customs delays can extend the transit time. We can’t control the transit time once we ship. Thanks for your understanding.
Q: I need my order urgently, can you ship it by express?
A: Yes. Besides DHL eCommerce and SF Express E-Parcel standard shipping, we can also ship orders by DHL/Fedex/UPS/TNT express at a competitive shipping cost with our forwarder. DHL/Fedex/UPS/TNT express transit time is usually 3-5 business days, although the shipping cost is much higher than DHL eCommerce and SF Express E-Parcel. If you need, please email us at service@xwktech.com, we will send you express shipment instruction. The shipping cost difference between express and standard shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Also free shipping policy is not applicable for express shipping.
Q: What should I do if my package has been lost in the post?
A: If there is no updated tracking information for your package for several days and you did not receive it as the scheduled time, we must assume that the shipment has been lost in transit. We would like to ask you to wait another 1-2 days. If you should not receive any delivery within this time, please send us a corresponding message via service@xwktech.com. We will send your order again immediately and check out where first package is at the same time.
Q: What should I do if I wrote my shipping address incorrectly when placing order?
A: We usually ship orders within 2-3 business days, and we will send email to inform you after we shipped order. If you find the mistake before our shipping, email us at service@xwktech.com with your order number, you can require us to revise your shipping address and we will ship to your right address. If you find the mistake after our shipping, we are sorry, we can't change the shipping address then.
